A few years ago, I was shopping online for a desktop computer. Now, I’m the type of person who will search until I know I got the best deal. So I asked around to see who knew where I could get a great deal on a computer. Someone pointed me to Bensbargains.net. If you haven’t visited Ben’s site before, it’s basically a deal site for anything and everything they can find that’s tech-related, or mainly geared toward guys. Blank DVR’s, PC’s, iPods, LCD Monitors, and the occasional free Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream coupon. That of course is the bonus. I bought my desktop and I was happy.

Fast forward a few years later, I went searching online for a site similar to Ben’s but that only had coupons and deals for me - the average female shopper. I don’t buy extravagent things, but I like to shop every now and then. I saw a pattern emerging pretty quickly. And what I found surprised me. I kept coming across three types of sites: 1. discount retail stores, 2. deal sites for men that had a teeny tiny “for her” section, and 3. very very poorly designed, user unfriendly deal sites for women. I couldn’t find anything even close to what I was looking for. So I figured, Why not create it myself?

Pinkdeals.net represents what I’d like to find if I were to search for a site that offers coupons and deals for women. My goal is to feature deals that I think people like myself would want - deals on clothes, makeup, jewelry…girly stuff - and present it in a way that’s easy for everyone to use.

This site is for all you women who just want to get a great deal on some awesome stuff. When you’re here, I want you remind yourself - like I do - that “It’s All About Me!”
